Job Overview:


We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive global IT project acquisitions and staff augmentation requirements for both India and US staffing markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, a proven track record in IT sales, and the ability to generate new business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and close business opportunities for IT projects and staff augmentation in India and the US.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and decision-makers in the IT industry.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

• Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, LinkedIn networking, industry events, and email marketing.

• Work closely with the recruitment team to fulfill staffing requirements efficiently.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals.

• Stay updated with industry trends and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.


Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT sales, business development, or staffing services.

• Strong understanding of staff augmentation (India & US markets) and IT project sales.

• Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet revenue targets.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Knowledge of IT technologies, staffing models, and market trends.

• Experience in working with MSPs, direct clients, and vendors is a plus.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (Fresher) to join our growing team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and contributing to the company's growth by helping expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in sales, marketing, and business development.


Key Responsibilities


Identify and generate new business leads through market research, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
