Open Positions: 4 (1 Architect, 3 Developers)

About the Role:

We are seeking skilled professionals for multiple roles in Salesforce Loyalty Cloud Solutions. This includes one Solutions Architect and three Developers who will be instrumental in designing and implementing robust loyalty solutions. The ideal candidates should bring deep technical expertise, hands-on Salesforce experience, and a passion for delivering innovative customer engagement solutions.

Open Positions:

1. Loyalty Cloud Solutions Architect (1 position)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and architecture of Loyalty Cloud solutions across multiple projects.

  • Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance technical solutions.

  • Define architectural best practices and mentor developers and administrators.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate Loyalty Cloud with other Salesforce Clouds and third-party systems.

  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and maintain solution alignment with platform capabilities.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of overall experience, including 3+ years in Salesforce architecture.

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Loyalty Management and Experience Cloud.

  • Deep understanding of Salesforce CRM, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs).

  • Salesforce certifications (Application/System Architect, Loyalty Management, or similar) preferred.

2. Loyalty Cloud Developers (3 positions)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and customize Loyalty Cloud solutions using Salesforce tools and technologies.

  • Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components, and integration services.

  • Support solution testing, deployment, and documentation.

  • Work under the guidance of the Solutions Architect to meet project deliverables.

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.

  • Minimum 1–2 years working with Salesforce Loyalty Management.

  • Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce integrations.

  • Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD processes is a plus.

  • Salesforce Platform Developer certifications are preferred.
